Leadership Launch is designed for high-performing contributors and new leaders with under two years of experience. This program equips managers with essential skills to lead effectively, drive performance, and build a strong work culture.
Through workshops, hands-on exercises, and real-world application, participants gain practical tools and insights. Graduates receive lifelong access to the Talent Apothecary Leadership Community for ongoing learning and support.
